Horii Food Service 52.51% stake to be acquired by Integral Corp unit TBI Holdings


TBI Holdings, a Tokyo-based restaurant, entertainment and real estate business backed by Integral Corp., will be the largest shareholder of Horii Food Service [TYO:3077], the Ibaraki, Japan-based restaurant chain operator, as of 9 June after acquiring a controlling stake in a tender offer, Horii Food Service said in a statement filed to the Tokyo Stock Exchange. TBI Holdings has secured to acquire 2.9768m shares with voting rights of Horii Food Service, or representing a 52.51% stake, in the tender offer which ran from 18 April until 2 June, the statement said. The settlement of the transaction will be effective on 9 June.
